Garrett Gross is a professional mixed martial artist who earned his shot on the biggest proving ground in the sport — Dana White’s Contender Series. He’s a coach who develops champions and a gym owner, and father. He has spent his life mastering pressure.

Garrett is the owner of Operation 17:2, an organization built to find the men who prey on children and stop them. He came to this work through his own redemption — discipled under Pastor Joby Martin, rebuilt by grace, and handed a purpose worth everything he ha

We believe every child deserves to grow up in safety, dignity, and hope, and we are dedicated to taking bold action to defend those who cannot defend themselves.

Our mission extends far beyond exposing predators. Every interaction is a mission field — from sharing the Gospel with those caught in sin to discipling every member, volunteer, and leader. We believe true transformation isn't found in accountability before the law alone, but in repentance and faith in Christ.

Director of Operations

Katy Moore is an executive professional, entrepreneur, and mother with more than a decade of experience turning vision into execution. As Director of Operations; she is the strategist behind the fight- building the systems, scaling operations, and expanding the mission. Relentless in execution, unwavering in faith, and committed to exposing darkness and protecting children.

Executive Secretary & Decoy Operations

H. Ryann serves at the heart of Operation 17:2’s mission. As a decoy, she courageously steps into the darkness to help expose those who seek to exploit children- making her role central to the work of bringing hidden threats into the light. Behind the scenes, she also serves as the Executive Secretary, bringing discipline, courage and unwavering commitment to protecting the innocent.

Garrett Gross

Founder and President

Garrett Gross is the Founder and President of Operation 17:2- a fighter in and out of the case with uncompromising mission to protect children and expose predators. A professional MMA fighter, jiu-jitsu black belt, coach, and entrepreneur, Garrett leads from the front with relentless conviction, fearless faith, and refuses to stay silent or sit on the sidelines when the vulnerable need someone willing to fight.

Mike Dragich

Vice President

Mike Dragich serves as Vice President of Operation 17:2. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, professional alligator trapper, and founder of Project Savior Outdoors, Mike brings fearless leadership and a deep commitment to serving others. Known as the “Blue Collar Brawler,” he uses his powerful testimony and faith in Jesus Christ to inspire others, strengthen families, and advance the mission of protecting children and bringing predators to justice.
